What's a prescreening call?A short, supportive call to check fit and explain our program. No pressure, just clarity.

Do you accept insurance?Yes. We’re in-network with several major providers. We’ll verify your coverage before treatment begins. If we’re out-of-network for your plan, we can provide a superbill for reimbursement.

Can I bring my baby?Yes! We’re the only IOP in the region that welcomes birthing parents with their infants. You’re also welcome to use our designated infant care area if you prefer to step into group or individual time solo.

What types of therapy do you offer?We offer individual and group therapy, grounded in trauma-informed care and maternal mental health expertise. Modalities include EMDR, ACT, DBT, CBT, mindfulness-based practices, and more.

How long is the program?Each track is typically 6–8 weeks long, with 3 group sessions per week and optional individual therapy.

What if I’m not sure I’m “struggling enough” for this?If you’re asking that question, you probably belong here. We support birthing parents at all stages of overwhelm — whether it’s daily anxiety, unresolved birth trauma, or quiet burnout.

Is this a good fit if I’m a working parent?Yes. We understand the complexity of returning to work postpartum or juggling roles. We’ll help you find the track and timing that work with your life.

What if I’m not sure about group therapy?Many of our clients feel nervous about groups at first — but often find them to be the most healing part of the experience. That said, we’ll never pressure you. Individual support is always available.
